The experience behind the practice
In 2015, at age 17, I arrived at Cleveland Clinic’s Integrative and Functional Medicine department in a wheelchair after years of unexplained episodes. Being heard by a multidisciplinary care team changed how I thought about care.
“How do we make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else?”
That question helped shape Balance Blue. My work makes space for your story and offers individualized nutrition support alongside the medical care you receive.
